4 month old - nap schedule?
How often does your 4 month old nap and for how long?
Do they nap at the same time every day?
I'm having a hard time getting DS into some sort of schedule. He's still waking up at least once during the night to eat and I'm hoping if I get him on a more consistent schedule during the day, then he'll sleep through the night.

Re: 4 month old - nap schedule?
My DS is 3 1/2 months and he still wakes up once a night. He generally takes 2 really long naps during the day (one in the am, around 9:30) and another around 2 PM. Then he needs a nap around 6 but doesn't always take one. Bedtime is about 8-8:30PM and he wakes up by 7 AM.
He doesn't always nap at the same time every day, just a ballpark time frame where we know he needs a nap. He's usually only awake 1.5-2 hrs max before he needs a nap again.
It's getting harder though to get him to nap. Some days are great, like saturday where he went down for naps with no problem, and others, he gets upset and fights off sleep.
I've learned to try and put him down for a nap soon after I see him yawn.

Re: 4 month old - nap schedule?
Not to brag, but my DD (11.5 months old) has been on the same nap schedule since 4 months old. They've shortend by an hour, that's been the only change.
Wakes 6:30/7:00am Nap - 9am-11am (she used to go back down at 8:00am)
Nap 2:00-5:00 or 5:30 (she used to sleep until 6:00/6:30)
She's in bed for the night by 7:30 the latest.

This is almost identical to my twin's schedule. They are 4 months old. Their bedtime is closer to 8 though and they sleep through the night. We tried putting them to bed earlier but Nicolas woke up during the night.

Re: 4 month old - nap schedule?
James is a little over 4 months and he takes a nap in the morning - usually between 10-11 - sometimes he'll go 10-12, but that's rare. He'll also take another big nap from 3-5/5:30.
He's in bed for the night around 7:30 and still wakes up once overnight to eat - usually either at 1 or 3 and then is up for the day and heading to the sitter at 6:30.

Re: 4 month old - nap schedule?
Ian is 3 months but is on a schedule. I don't have his daycare book with me so I don't know exact times. but it's a 3 hour cycle. but its something like this:
6:30 - wake up 6:45 - drive to day care 7:00 - bottle 9:00 - nap (half hour) 10 - bottle 11 - nap (about an hour or 2) 1:00 - bottle 3:00 - nap (half hour) 4:00 - bottle 5:30 - nap 6:00 - pick up from day care 7:00 - bath 7:30 - bottle 8:00 - bed
in between bottle and nap is play time
