Merry Maids
My cleaning lady is on vacation until December and I am desperate for someone to come in!! The only thing I could think of was giving Merry Maids a try, anyone have any experiences with them?? Any info would be extremely helpful! Thanks! (I would be using the one out of Bethpage)

Used them for a while and after every cleaning something either happended to a piece of my furniture or I wasnt satisfied with the cleaining or they did something to pizz me off... They ruined the wood on my bedroom set with one of the cleaning products they used. Because I have a warranty, Raymour/Flanagin delivered a brand new dresser. The cleaning lady was standing on my new dining room chair with her sneakers and I had to ask that she put a towel down so the material does not get ruined!! I had to tell them to dust my ceiling fans. After 2 months I called the supervisor explained to her the reason why I would no longer be using there services and she was a b*tch about it. Plus they arent cheap, so I expect excellent service!
i am currently looking for a new cleaning lady

Have to say that they did the same to my Boss..cleaned, ruined something badly and she wouldnt use them again.

I just used them and had a bad experience as well. They were very overpriced and didn't do such a hot job.
I would ask around for some local recommendations.

I used them twice the first time was fantastic, the house looked amazing but the second time it wasn't much to talk about.

I used them once. They did a good job, but were way overpriced. I'd much rather go with someone less expensive that I had a good reference for from a friend or coworker.
