Middle of the night feedings when weaning from BF?
Since I'm weaning from BF, how does everyone handle the night feedings? DD STILL doesn't STTN and will wake up 1-3 times.  
What should I do?  Do I still BF her? I'm trying to take away feedings and would love for her to STTN. Thanks!

I wasn't weaning off of BF, but we started offering my DD bottles at night. I knew she was nursing for comfort, not out of hunger. First night or two she drank two ounces, then would refuse the bottle and go back to sleep, then stopped waking up. My DH took over the night feedings for that week, bc we didn't want to confuse her.

both times I night weaned them first.
#1 would wake up 3 times a night up until 14 mos to nurse.
first step-stop nursing her to sleep.
second step-you can rock, sing, just no nursing.
third step-no touching, just singing and talking.
it took us about 3 weeks...very hard, but it worked.
