Missing boy in Shoreham
I live one town over and my DH was canvassing the area last night, now they appear to have a found a body a few streets over from where he lived. My heart is so heavy - for some reason I watched 2 abduction documentaries a a few weekends ago and I've been consumed with this happening IRL ever since. I pray he is found safe!

A woman in my town has been posting because the boy is her SIL nephew.
I'm hoping very hard the body found isn't his (even though it's someone else - which is sad as well)

I saw this on the news last night.
Prayers that it was NOT this boy, that he is safe somewhere.
Prayers for the family of the body that was found.

God how scary. My distant relatives live on Royal Way where the body was found. Last time I was there, there was a park on that street that gave me the chills. I wonder if that's where he was found. This poor family.

Does anyone know why an amber alert wasn't sent through the phones? I feel like I got one a while ago. I didn't hear anything about it until I saw a little blip about it on the news.
Do amber alerts only happen when a child is abducted by a parent?

I can't imagine what his parents are going though. The one article says it appears to be non-criminal. What could have possibly happened if it's non-criminal? My heart hurts for this family.
