Mixed emotions
My son is turning ONE tomorrow!! I have been feeling sooo strange all day. I dont want to say sad because this is such a happy thing...but i've been crying so much today. When i was writing in his card, i was crying. I was giving him his bath and i was crying bc iw as just thinking about how he used to be soo little that he would fit in the little bath in my sink. I feel like he is such a big boy now. I feel like it's going to be so strange sining Happy Bday to him!
Did anyone else feel like this??

My DD's first bday is in 10 days and I am getting choked u thinking about it now... so sad yet happy. I guess its a mommy thing

DD will be one next month and I both look forward to and never want the day to come. So yes, I get exactly what you are saying.
And I think it's totally normal.

Ok..so now i dont feel so bad. My husband thinks i'm crazy. He keeps saying that this is such a happy thing..yeah i know that!! However, it's soo strange that ONE yr has gone by!!! He is just such a little man now..ya know?
