tons of stretch marks on me. In my 9th month they started bleeding. My stomach looks like someone put a hot iron up to it and burned the hell out of me. Shriveled up skin.
Over my c-section scar, there is a hanging shelf.
I walk miles each day and I am on a crazy limiting diet, thank God..I don't know what I would look like since this is so discouraging. I admit, its hard to get into shape knowing my belly looks like sh!t. I am glad I wasn't a teenage mom and I atleast had a normal stomach till age 29.

not stretched out, but TONS of stretch marks. with this new pregnancy, the sono techs i've seen ask me if there are C-section scars -- then proceed to tell me they've never seen such horrible stretch marks -- GEE, THANKS!
That's TERRIBLE that they said that to you! I would've left the place crying! I'm sorry they said that to you - it's bad enough we are so self concious as women to begin with! Shame on them! 
To answer the OP, my stomach is disgusting - no other word for it.
