Re: Moms 7-8-9 month olds..Sleeping question
Well it's been a month and half of this waking up
She was sleeping 7:30pm to 7-7:30am since 8 weeks old until 7 months old.
Nothing will quiet her but her bottle. She already has a pacis in there. I'm at a loss.
SHe shares a room with her sister, so we let her cry to a point, the other night we let her cry to see if she'll put herself back and she just escalated herself so badly it was even harder to get her to go back down.
Can a growth spurt last a month and half? She's teething hardcore now, and i know it's separation anxiety time now too. You'd think by the second one i'd know better.
You think maybe her new found milestones could be keeping her up? Since 7 months old, she started sitting up unassisted, walking with assistance, rolling all over the place and pulling herself to standing? That's alot right?

It sounds like to me it is her teeth. It could be milestones too because she is very active. DS never woke up for his milestones. Have you tried giving her motrin at night for her teeth? Since she is eating another bottle a night what about giving her more at dinner?
Like I said I know it stinks because DD is still getting up but it varies from 3:30 at to 5am.

I'm having the same problem with DS. He just turned 8 months on the 24th of Feb. and for the last week or so he has been waking up to eat. So weird.
ETA: He is teething also. He just got his 2 top teeth.

I haven't given her motrin yet. I'm not a fan of meds unless they really need them, especially for more than a couple days. I guess i more worried that the motrin will work and i don't want to give it to her for more than a couple days
She's refusing her bottles during the day, i know it's her teeth too and she wakes up hungry.
DH just spoke to my PED and she said to feed her at night, the nighttime bottle is giving her the ounces she needs and that if she won't drink during the day now, we won't be able to get more in her, she's waking up hungry.
I'm bringing her solids down to twice a day to see if i can get more ounces in her in the waking hours.
This def stinks..every night between 3-5am too. Last night it was 1am.
I swear adrianna our kids are so much alike, it's scary!

I also used these swabs from Orajel. They really work and it doesn't get all over.
