Moms Exclusively Pumping....AF Q
For those of you exclusively pumping, when did your AF return? I heard its different if you pump, than if you're nursing, is this true?

Its true, I got mine at 8 weeks pp, apparently the hormones are different if your baby is not actually nursing.

I pumped for the first year and AF didn't return until 14 months. I think I was one of the lucky ones!
