moms of 4-5 month olds - feeding questions
Hey ladies, did you guys start cereal and/or baby foods (veggies and fruits)? And if so can you give me your daily "menu" - when and how much you serve the solids? I've been getting so much family and friend input (univited) about this stuff it makes me start to second guess what I'm doing sometimes 
Right now my dd is 4.5 months and she gets a tablespoon of oatmeal and bottle in morning, bottles throughout the day and then maybe about two tablespoond of veggies with her "dinner" bottle. Some people think I shouldnt be giving the veegies yet (just oatmeal) - some think she should be having a "lunch" meal too.... ugh - I dont know what to do!

Right now I'm just giving her either rice or oatmeal at dinner followed by a bottle. About one tablespoon of cereal and one ounce of formula. I haven't introduced veggies or fruit yet, I'm going to wait b/c she has so many GI issues.

I got a Gerber newsletter in the mail that says at dd's age she should be eating solids at almost every meal! Even snack!

wow that seems early. (for every meal) remember they are selling you the food. I read veggies at 6 months old.
ETA: But every baby is different. If she is handling the veggies fine...that's great!!

DS is about the same age and we haven't started anything yet-we plan to start at 6 months.
