Moms of kids who are 2+ - Poop question - TMI

I was wondering how many times a day your child poops and what the consistency is. Totally gross, I know!

Jack will go usually 2-3 times a day - and it's always runny and explosive.

Is this because of his fruit intake?
He drinks a ton of water a day with a splash of apple juice in each cup...also about 18 ounces of 2% milk.
Should I talk to the ped about this?

I have a bad stomach so is this just something he got from me?

Would love to know what other 2 year olds are doing in this department!

Lucas goes 1 - 2 times per day. Sometimes it's like you described and sometimes it's a large nugget...ewwwww! Both make me gag!

Both my kids were pooping 3+ times a day when they were in diapers. Once they potty trained, it got down to once a day!

My DD always had explosive poops - and it very well could be from the fruit and apple juice. Apple juice was the worst for her, it was like she got instant diahrea. I wonder if you cut out the apple juice and went lighter on the fruit if you would see a difference.

She will always go once a day...sometimes 2...but it's always mushy. We rarely get a "hard" poop. It's always of the peanut butter consistency....(made it real easy to find that button!! )

2-3 times a day, usually small to large turds, occasionally soft mushy ones. She drinks about 24 oz of milk a day and drinks tons of water.

Thomas goes 1 to 3 times a day and most of the time its total mush bordering on watery. Sometimes, it's more formed.

Usually once a day.
It's always different. Luckily, the time it landed on the floor it was hard.

Lol, I was wondering the same. I thought at their age it should be solid. Sometimes DS will have one nugget or several, lol. Sometimes its soo mushy that the poop is like paste or something, its like your peeling the diaper off his tush with the paste.

Same here, except DD usually goes 2x day, occasionally only once a day.
