Moms please help what do you put on DC bug bites to prevent itching and scratching?
A few weeks ago DS got so many mosquito bites on his legs and was scratching them so much they ended up getting infected 
I've been dousing him in bug spray and keeping him in long pants but, yesterday it was so hot we had the shorts on and I forgot the bug spray and now he has a big fat mosquito bite on his leg again 
I am so afraid the same thing is going to happen again so please tell me how I can stop the itch and prevent him from scratching - THANK YOU SO MUCH

why don't you try something like calamine lotion to take the itch out so he won't have the urge to scratch.
aveno also makes an oatmeal bath that is supposed to help with itching but I haven't tried it

Arbonne diaper rash cream. I know it sounds crazy but it works so well. I have a supply for myself because I am always covered in bites!
