Moms that have had a breech child and have more than one child. I have a question

I know I still have time. But right now this one appears to be a Frank's breech. My daughter was a breech also. This one has since 20 weeks been in a breech position. Do you think that if you have one breech child you are more prone to have another one??

Honestly, I think it would depend on why the first one was breech, if it was ever determined. My DD was a breech and my DS #2 was also breech. But my older son was not and was delivered via vbirth. My OB never had a reason for why I had 2 breechies. But I've heard of things like uterus shape or position of the placenta being a factor, to name a few.

I would definitely try to not make yourself crazy worrying about it (easier said than done)

DS was breech and I had some other complications. I was told that I could have similar problems again... I am not sure if that is the same for others though.

Well I am one of 5 and I was breech and my sibilings were all head down.

You still have time so the baby can turn. When my DH's cousin was pg with her 2nd he was breech until she went into labor and then he turned so you never know. As long as the baby has room to turn.

My first was breech the whole time and I ended up having a c/s because of it. My second was breech for a long time too and my OB had thought it by the shape of my uterus, I would lean towards having breech babies. BUT she turned when I was 36 weeks (and I felt like she was trying to come out my bellybutton) and I ended up being able to VBAC.

I have 4 girls 14,16,17,19 years old, and now I have a 4 month old son.
I had all the girls naturally,my son was head down until 36 weeks and then he turned breech,they tryed a external version,to try and turn him,it did not work.so at 39 weeks I had my first c-section.

Thank you girls I am starting to think that there is something about the shape of my uterus. I have had other issues with my daughter (when I was pregnant) that I am now having with this one, even though they are in a different breech position.

Right now this one is in a Frank's breech and I have to be honest I am concerned. I have no problem with having another c-section but a Franks breech concerns me.

Both of my girls were sunny side up and sideways.
