Moms who bottle feed... boob question
How long did it take for your boobs to return to normal... meaning once your milk dried up?
My milk came in and i've been wearing a sports bra for 2 days straight now and they're still hard as rocks and hurt. So i'm curious on how long this will last.
Any ideas?

I don't remember exactly but everything was definitely dried up and back to normal by 5 weeks pp. The pain only lasted a week or two.

I remember waking up a week after having DD. My boobs were enormous and milk every where. That lasted for 2 days. They were bigger and heavier for a few weeks after.

I tried BFing the first few days and I never really had bad pain when I stopped.

Oh i that is the case for me. I really don't want to be wearing a sports bra for more than a few days... much less a week or two!

For DS #1 it lasted a few days. For DS #2 it lasted a day. Make sure you ice them.
