Morning sickness remedies?
I feel like nothing is working for me. Tried bagels, pretzels, eating in moderation. I feel nauseous all the time and can't seem to keep anything down.
Can you share your morning sickness remedies?
I feel like crap. I look like crap. I'm a miserable preggers.

Re: Morning sickness remedies?
I never had actual morning sickness, but when I felt nauseaus with both pregnancies so far, you just have to keep putting something in your stomach, even if it's just a couple of crackers, the emptiness and acid in your stomach will make it worse. Ginger ale always helped and when I was on the subway and would start to feel sick I would eat sour candies, they were my godsend. I used to get the "sour" altoids, mango flavor and they saved me so many times.

Re: Morning sickness remedies?
I eat a cracker every single morning as soon as I wake up. I also have dum dums or charms blow pops with me at all times. sure, they are sugary, but it somehow helps for some reason. GL, I was SO sick and am finally starting to feel a little bit better this week (12 weeks)!

Re: Morning sickness remedies?
ugg, it's the worst. i've been keeping hydrated with juice and gateraid. grilled chix and bland foods. i know it's horrible, but i think if you keep something in your system at least there's something to come up...gross i know!

Sorry you are going through this...I don't really know anymore...eating was helping me but I think mine has just stepped it up a notch and I am beginning to throw up everytime I eat. I am going to try bland chicken today so I have some protein. Let u know~ feel better!
