Motherhood Maternity Return Policy
does anyone know what their policy is...
my friend bought about $400 worth of clothes from them and never wore them, told me if i couldnt use them and could return them to go ahead, but she didnt have any receipts.
so has anyone ever returned maternity clothes there with no receipt?

Store credit and has to be returned before a certain amt of time.. I cant remember the time span they have its not long tho. They will not give you cash back.. only store credit. Sucks.. I bought a dress and didnt wear.. and I was at on my last two months of pregnancy at time. Luckily I used store credit for nursing bras.
eta: i believe they require receipt.

Need a receipt
Only store credit
and I think it's only for 30 days (can't remember exactly!). Maybe it's 2 weeks!

You are out of luck - I believe their policy is no returns on anything on sale, and I believe it is exchange only on items bought within 10 days with receipt. They have a horrible return policy.

if I remember correctly there return policy is kind of strict... i think there was a time frame & store credit. (Some things I purchased were final sale)

you cannot return anything. you can only exchange or get store credit, but it must be within 30 days and you must have a receipt.
you're better off selling that stuff on ebay.

Yup - they only exchange or give store credit within a small time frame. They are super strict.

It bites - that is why I bought very little there and tried on EVERYTHING (except the underwear  )
Only store credit, short time frame and they make you initial your receipt that you acknowledge the policy. That really annoyed me.

thanks... i'll hold onto them until this baby is born and if i really need them i will have them... but if not then i will freecycle them or offer them up here somewhere....

if you know her phone number they can look it up and give you credit. i think i returned something over 90 days and becuase it was still in the system they gave me credit. also try macys the have motherhood there. say you got it as a gift.
