My own encouragement to ladies worried about weight gain
I had my baby just about a week ago.
I am down 28 lbs.
I am breastfeeding and eating clean while recovering from a c/s, so obviously have not been working out.
I know I always found posts like this to be encouraging, so I hope this helps someone. 
I really think BFing is what's helping.

Congrats!! I remember with DD I lost a lot of weight at first but then with BF'ing it actually gave me the opposite affect and I hung on to a few lbs until I stopped BFing

And to all of the NON BFers ........I pumped for 3 weeks and was lucky to get 4 oz a DAY ........I still lost all of my weight w/in 3 weeks PP (Gained about 26 lbs total)

I deifnitely need this encouragement. After I just chomped up two whopper jrs, and large fries for lunch today.
