We have our DS's big boy twin bed all set up and ready to go. DS is very excited about the bed and likes it and says he wants to sleep in it. The problem is that when we tried to take down the crib he went nuts. He wants the crib to stay too. The thing is the bed has to go in the spot where the crib is for him to sleep in it - it's not in a safe place right now So i figured i would move the crib and put the bed where the crib is for now. NO - he went NUTS - he wants the crib left EXCTLY in the same spot. So now I am not sure what to do:

Rearrange the furniture when he is not there to see it but leave the crib in the room and hope for the best

OR

Take the crib out of the room when he is not there and hope for the best

OR

Leave everything as is until he is happy about the situation (which may never happen ).

I just don't want the situation to traumatize him - BTDT mommies what did you do?
