Need some good "Make-ahead meals" I can freeze....
Any recipes are appreciated. I know lasagna and shepherd's pie, but was looking for something else. I've also already made some sauce and soup. We're looking to stock up on meals we can just easily reheat for after the baby is born. Crock pot freezer meals are also welcome! TIA!!

White chicken chili I use the meat from a whole, roasted chicken, add a can of tomato puree, a can of corn, and up the cumin and chili powder. Our favorite freezer meal!
burrito pie. This recipe makes enough for two dishes and reheats well.
Meatloaf I bake a few and then freeze in portions.
Slow cooker pulled pork
I also do big batches of taco meat and pasta sauce with meat. You can also do sausage and peppers, jambalaya, meatballs, swedish meatballs, spiral ham, pot roast, stuffed peppers.

I make these turkey meatballs in large batches and they are yummy. Make with whole wheat pasta and a salad and you've got yourself a pretty quick, healthy meal:

you can make a bunch of sauce ahead of time and freeze it and then just boil pasta when you're ready... i do this now when i don't have a lot of time to make dinner after work!

Need some good
you should also think about making just plain chicken broth (and then saving the shredded chicken separately)
brown ground turkey/beef so it's ready to go
meatballs/meatloaf
