new foods to try w/toddler?

I feel like we give dd the same foods all the time and she's gotten to be picky and/or tired of them. what are some nutritious lunch/dinner foods i can try with her??

this is what we give her:

bananas
apples
pears
avocados
cheese
pancakes
chicken nuggets
mac n cheese
peas
carrots
noodles w/breadcrumbs

i feel like that's all we give her and lately she doesn't even want half of those things! i need more ideas...especially meats/veggies!

Ryan is 22 months and has been eating everything we eat pretty much since 18 months - before that it was a crapshoot.

New things to try:
veggie burger
chix nuggets (not real chicken)
grilled cheese
corn
pierogies
raisin toast

Its tough.. Chloe loves something one day and throws it the next.

some of her new favorites:

kiwi
mango
raisin bread w/ creamcheese
veggie burgers
black beans

she also loooooves green beans (plain, steamed) - I have no idea why... but she goes nuts over them!

Hummus
Quesadilla (we call them Mexican pizzas--he loves pizza so this is the selling point)
Guacamole Dip
Mashed avocado
Praeger pancakes
Salmon cakes
Lasagna (any kind)
Meatloaf
Mango slices
Mandarin oranges or regular orange slices
Smoothie (lately this is DSs bfst. since he won't stop for food a lot of days)
Tortellini

Admittedly, DS won't eat some of these things, but I think all have potential to be appealing to toddlers.
