**NEW Official August Mommies Thread**
Good morning -
I don't know how to switch over the other list that I started, or if there is even a way.....so I'll just start a new thread.

Thats so exciting!!! DH from the time I met him was all "I never want to find out, thats the only true surprise in life" And as soon as we knew we could find out (early due to Maternit21), he wanted to know more than I did.
Do you have a feeling?

I'm doing great! How about yourself? I feel like I'm rapidly expanding haha. I cant keep up with the growth of my belly at this point!! My anatomy scan is 4/6 and we're doing our reveal 4/9 so i'll update with a gender then! Cant wait!!

I finally am feeling him move too! Well, mostly kicks and punches but i welcome them! He's so much more active at night, I'm not sure if its because thats when i'm relaxing or what but its definitely more at night.
Otherwise, feeling good. Tired but starting to come around on that.

Not finding out the gender but 20-week sono was last night and was perfect. The bad news came when I found out I failed my 1 hr glucose (because of my age they made me take it early). I am not terribly surprised because my mom had it when she was pregnant at my age and I have been having trouble controlling my weight / eat too much sugar, but it is definitely a bummer and a reality check. I need to buckle down on eating better whether I pass the 3 hour or not!

Ive been feeling really good lately! Its so funny to notice how LO reacts to different foods and noises. I get a kick out of it! I go back the first Wednesday in May and we will discuss the glucose test and all that.. fun fun fun...

It was tough, but I am hoping it will pay off in the delivery room. My son went to school the next day and told anyone and everyone who would listen that "he could know what it is but mommy won't let him." 
My 3 hr is on Fri 4/22 so fingers crossed I can get my diet under control between now and then!

oh definitely! OJ gets him up and moving! and he doesnt like it when i lean forward.
What does your LO do?
I wen tot the doctor on Tuesday, I go on Thursday the 28th for the glucose test and May 3 for the results.

I'm obsessed with caramel macchiatos from Starbucks and Ive been getting decaf lately for obvious reasons. he goes nuts over those and veggie burgers... go figure

I want to start wearing mostly dresses once the nice weather hits, but I dont know where to get them. I actually got a REALLY cute plain maxi dress at Walmart of all places, but it ended up being so short....like mid calf. Not a good look haha.
I feel like Motherhood and Destination are $$$$$$$$$$. Target used to have nice maternity stuff but I haven't seen anything that great lately. I've been ordering dresses from PinkBlush Maternity....they are a little pricey but they always have a sale.
