First of all, I wanna eat him up!!! Soooo cute

My first bulldog got pneumonia when he was about 1 year old. It was the scariest week of my life...he had to stay at the vet for 6 days. It was heartbreaking to leave him there on an i.v. looking so sad. I went there every morning before work and took him for a walk (just in front of the vet) while holding his i.v....i cried the whole time. But, he was a strong lil pup and recovered and is now 8 years old. I know exactly how you feel. I hope Howard feels better soon and just know that you were there to save him that day!

Awwww those pictures made me cry. Thank god howard is doing well now.

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to combat these pet stores that sell puppies and kittens. You can try giving a call to the ASPCA.
The BEST way is AWARENESS and to ty and get people to stop buying dogs and cats from these pet shops. Even buying a dog from a "breeder" in newsday can be bad.
Professional dog breeders don't need to post an add in the local Newsday to sell their puppies.

I have tears in my eyes looking at the pictures of him!! you saved his life!! i bought a pug 9 years ago from a puppy store and I didn't know anything about them at the time. Max has cost us over 12K in brain surgeries at just 10 months old. without it, he would have died. it was the most upsetting time when we found out how sick he was. we didn't get any $ back. and we completly drained both our savings accounts. they told us to bring him back and they would give us another dog, if we wanted (this was when we found out what surgeries he was going to need) we said no way! he will die then.

I am so glad you saved Howard! I love him <3 It is obvious that you are a really good person and helped him the way that you did. He's so cute and thank god he's better now!
