couldn't stand the one in hempstead
i got mine at legend nissan, and they were ok..not great though-the price was fantastic, but i had to go back 2x to sign paperwork they "forgot"..the 3rd time i made them come to me

I didn't end up buying a Nissan but the experience I had at the one in Smithtown was just awful. The salesman was so obnoxious! And the pric every unimpressive!

do not go to habberstadt nissan. they are the worst!! liars with no integrity. we bought our murano at the nissan in garden city and had a much better experience.

Had two horrible experiences with Smithtown Nissan...One where we had to threaten to call the cops.
We used Nissan 112 and loved them!

I had an ok experience with my salesguy at Smithtown Nissan.... till I saw him a few months later selling dogs at the local pet shop.
That was really weird to me

I'm surprised people like them. We walked in looking for a Titan a few years ago and they said they didn't have any and continued to look at their papers/computers and ignored us. We drove to Smithtown, the salesman gave us the deal we wanted, and we drove it home that night. They didn't even try to help us at Patchogue! I figure if they acted like that with people who were looking to buy, imagine how they would treat me once they already had the sale!

Koeppel Nissan in queens.. Might be a hike but Eddie D. gave us a great deal with our trade in and we walked out with our new rogue in just 4 hours- very organized. We were recommended to them and were shocked how great they were. Just read the reviews also, all great ones including one from me.

Very satisfied with Habberstadt. In fact their service is amazing.
We will go back there if we want another Nissan. The finance manager was very knowledgeable and didn't talk down to me like other car dealers.
Very happy with my 2010 Maxima. In fact taking it there for a routine maintenance and inspection today. They have a point system that gives you credits $$ back on your service.

I've leased 3 cars from Atlantic Nissan in West Islip... while I eventually got what i wanted - it took FOREVER...
DH and I went in on a whim to Massapequa Nissan (dealt with Michael) and we were in and out in 2 hours with exactly what we wanted... I then sent 2 of my friends there and they had similar experiences.
When the time comes, we'll be going back to Massapequa.

Atlantic Nissan is the worst. First, we spent many many hours negotiating and then it took them forever to do the paperwork. They put the wrong vin on all of my paperwork and when we caught it DAYS later, they wanted us to come back in to redo all of the paperwork. They told me if I didn’t I could be arrested for driving a stolen vehicle if I were pulled over. I made them come to me. When I asked them to do something for me since they messed up the manager gave me 4 certificates for free oil changes and told me it happened 3 different times that same week. they also only gave me one key and remote. They sent ME to their other dealership in Hicksville to get the second remote and key.
Smithtown was horrible as well. Went in on a whim while shopping at nearby dealerships. Very first thing I said was that I wasn’t making a decision that same day. The sales guy refused to give me pricing without me making a commitment to buy that day. We were out of there real quick.
We did like Legend. The guy we talked to there didn’t pressure us, was honest, and took his time with us.
ETA: Massapequa Nissan and the one in Hicksville are owned by the same guy that owns Atlantic. I wouldn't step foot in any of them.

Bought my '05 pathfinder in 205 at habberstadt and had no problems what so ever.
Few months ago traded it in at nissan 112 and had the WORST experience of my life!!!!
Police were almost involved thats how horrible the situations got.

I just traded in my 05 Murano for a fully loaded Maxima and my monthly payment is RIDICULOUS. No one even believes me when I tell them the deal that they gave me!

Bayside Nissan- Horrible!! They official name is Star Nissan.
DH just went to buy a part from them and was told on the phone the part costs $32. Well, guess what? When he got there 30 minutes later they informed him that it went up and actually costs $92! He turned around and left! We ordered it on line where it costs $13. He thought he would save himself a week of wait for delivery and have it right away for still reasonable price.
But can you actually believe it?? If they try to eff you up like that over parts can you imagine what they will try to do when it comes to a whole car?
