I don't know how old you are, but I just had mine redone about 3 weeks ago, I'm 40.
I had it redone, because the 1st time I had it I lost the stud drying my face with a towel and just never put one back in. The hole closed up so I had to have it re-pierced.
If you want it, get it done. If you don't like you can take it out. It's not permanent.
DH loves it and now wants me to get the "monroe". Which I'm debating about. I wanted it for a few yrs but haven't had the guts to do it.

I would do it again. I loved the way it looked. I probably cant with my job though. I took it out a little over 3 years ago. I remember getting it done, it hurt for a second, but what's funny is, my eyes teared so much. The piercer told me when they pierce the nose, they might hit a gland that causes your eyes to tear for a couple of minutes. Other than that it was a piece of cake. My tragus (the little flap inside your ear) hurt WAY more.

doesnt hurt. i mean, maybe it hurt for like i dunno, 5 seconds... but its more of an uncomfortable feeling than a painful one.

then once its in, it doesnt hurt at all!

i totally forget i have one actually
