Hate it. Always feel cheated and people aren't available to party on my birthday because of Christmas parties and other crap.
Exactly. Monetarily I never felt cheated...but I feel cheated of everyone's time.
My b/day is 12/24 and DHs is 12/22...I have grown to really dislike the month of December  The sneaking around to hide the shopping and the gifts and the last minute shopping - ugh. I'd rather do without in order to spend time with people.

Mine is Dec. 2nd and I never felt jipped. In fact, I love it....I make out like a bandit in December. Still do!

I don't like it. First off, I get that combined gidt thing, second of all I get a candle in the apple pie after Xmas dinner, and thirdly it crams presents all into one time of the year instead of spread out (that bothered me as a kid, not anymore).

I used to get Bday/Hannukah presnts - but they were usually nice things - and since my Bday is Nov 29, we always celebrated on Thanksgiving, which was fun....

nov 18 here. i feel jipped b/c it is close to the holidays and my fh's, sisters and brothers birthdays are all the same week. we all share our cake and get an ahh present since everyone gets a present.

Mine is December 22. I really hate it. I seem to always get lost in the shuffle. I really hated it as a kid, but I still don't like it now.

Honestly, as a kid I felt more slighted having a birthday in the summer time because nobody was around to celebrate it. I had to have birthday parties two months before my actual birthday. Now I couldnt give a damn if people remember it or not. Never was big on birthdays as an adult.
OMG YES!! My bday is smack in the middle of August and as I kid I HATED it. Everyone was on vacation, I never got to give out cupcakes/munchkins or get my locker decorated in HS. I shouldn't say that my friends would do it the last day of school but it's just not the same.
I will say I LOVE it now. I love taking beach days on my bday. I have never, ever worked on my bday!
