NYC LIRR commute
DH has an interview with a school in Manhattan. One stop from Penn. It's an hour from our station in. How bad is that commute?

I did it for 7 years. I now commute from centereach to ozone park and would never go back. I hated the train and felt like it ruled my life.

Its actually not thaattt bad, but I don't think I can do it forever. I took this job over one in lower Manhatten because my principal is awesome and I liked the school more. Its worth it to me to know that I am not being harassed at my workplace.
