im having a good running week:
Sunday - ran for 30 minutes monday - ran for 20 minutes tuesday - ran for 25 minutes wednesday - ran for 30 minues thursday - off friday - off
saturday - running 3.1 miles - hopefully within 40 minutes.

Today I ran for 20 minutes. I have been feeling under the weather (I have a cough and stuffed nose), so I did an abbreviated run.
10 minutes pilates.

Jillian Michaels Back in Motion DVD...wasn't as hard as 30 day shred...only burned 256 calories as opposed to approx 100 more with 30 day shred.
