4/20 - Hiked for 1 hour with the dog 4/21 - Ran 3 miles, walked one 4/23 - Ran 2 miles in the woods - knee is bothering me a bit so I don't want to injure myself

I got a new heart rate monitor and it says I burned 434 calories in 47 minutes!

hired a trainer today for a three session workout plan. He showed me tons of machines and activites I could do at the gym to maximize my time there (I only get about an hour since DC is at the babysitting service). I hope by the end of this I can go in and get a good effective workout 3x per week on my own. The other two days I will do step/step&sculpt/total body continitioning classes.
