I worked my butt off this week. Also, I added one more meal to my day because I was told by several people that I wasn't eating enough. I guess they were right

Great job to everyone...except me! Scale hasn't budged. I'm increasing protein this week and I am going to religiously drink water. This helped before and I slipped back into my normal water drinking habits. I need to get in my 6-8 glasses a day!

Stephanie!! that's amazing!!
I weigh in tomorrow. Hopefully I lost something this week. I changed it up, signed myself up for a 5K and have been jogging instead of walking all the time.

Wow! Everyone's been having such great WIs'!!!!
I WI tonight, but I'm not anticipating any loss. I've been on some heavy duty drugs the past couple of weeks, and I know I'm retaining alot of water right now. I've been walking like a crazy woman though this past week, and drinking more water than normal, so maybe I'll get a nice surprise, but not counting on it.

This morning I was down something like 3.4 for a total of something like 15.5. I was shocked because I felt like I hadn't had a particularly good week.
(I "WI" when I wake up -- the mind goes foggy on the specifics between then and when I get to work to post here! )

When I don't do as well as I want, I go back to the beginning. Start weighing and measuring and journaling. Then you'll see what you're doing wrong. Good luck

Hey girlie,
I don't want to speak on your behalf, but I do think sometimes it's harder when you've had SUCH great success (like you have) to be as focused as you might have been in the beginning. Somteimes we have to take a step back and look at ourselves. What brought us here in the first place?
I sometimes get scared because I think losing this weight is supposed to be the easy part - I can't imagine how hard maintenance will be. But the fact of the matter is, by the time we all get there we will be ready for it. This is because we've already been through all the possible bumps in the road. We hit detours, but we got around them. All we can do is learn from them so if we encounter them again we can hopefully deal with them better. If life was easy and every single week was a loss, we wouldn't learn a thing by the end of this journey and can easily find ourselves back where we started.
Crystal, you are an incredible inspiration to us all!! You didn't LOSE the achievment you had last week - you are still right there! The number on the scale may not have a 1 in front of it this week, but it will this week - I have NO doubt! As long as you have it set in your mind that this is a lifetime committment, there is no way you can ever fail.

I had a challenging week this week as well. I had a hard time sticking to the program!! I was 50/50 all week Although I lost, I am still not happy with how this week went, but I AM happy it's saturday and I get a fresh start!
I hit another milestone today (my mini-goals are always 5 lbs)
Down: 1.2 lbs Total Loss: 55.4 lbs

Our leader read this poem today to us and I thought it was great! Here is a bit of inspiration to get those of us having a rough time....

Awesome words of wisdom Azad! I agree you get to a point where you lose a lot and think oh I can have this and I can have that. Sometimes it is best to sit down and read the week one book and do the week as if you were a new member. Maybe also consider switching it up and trying CORE for a week. You will be back to ONEderland in no time!
Congrats on the awesme loss Azad. You are an inspiration to me and I have to say you are looking fantastic!! When I saw you sitting in the meeting this morning I said to myself "Wow Azad is looking amazing!" And I mean it. Your hard work shows and you look fabulous! I am so proud of you and your dedication helps me to keep on going.
I had a great week food and workout wise but the scale thinks otherwise. TBAF is about due for a visit and I am retaining water. So I give that a big ole' . That to me is the most frustrating thing when you have a great week and don't see a loss on the scale. But I am taking the Azad approach and know next week will be an even better loss.

Kim - AF can be a cruel, cruel visitor when it comes to the scale. You'll see a great loss next Saturday I'm sure!
Azad - Congrats on making -55! That's fantastic!
And congrats to everyone else for another week OP!
As for me, I'm down .6 for a total loss of -6! I'm excited because I was away at a conference for 3 days and I still had a loss! I had a few great victories including my potato free buffet visit, and my chip-free lunch!
Potatoes are my biggest challenge since I love them in all forms! At both meals I told myself "eat this... then, if you're hungry, go back and get the chips." And I wasn't hungry! So I avoided the chips! Wee!
