I had a challenging week this week as well. I had a hard time sticking to the program!! I was 50/50 all week  Although I lost, I am still not happy with how this week went, but I AM happy it's saturday and I get a fresh start! 
I hit another milestone today (my mini-goals are always 5 lbs)
Down: 1.2 lbs
Total Loss: 55.4 lbs
I really like the idea of mini-goals!

I had a great week food and workout wise but the scale thinks otherwise.  TBAF is about due for a visit and I am retaining water. So I give that a big ole'  . That to me is the most frustrating thing when you have a great week and don't see a loss on the scale. But I am taking the Azad approach and know next week will be an even better loss. 
Kim that's okay that it didn't show this week! You know your body and you know this happens every month so try not to let it get to you 
Debs - major kudos for the chip-free buffet!!!! I don't think I would've had such discipline

Don't ask me how, but today's WI was -2.4lbs, total weight loss 13.6lbs!
This was a bad week too. I had a couple of medical procedures this past week and have been on excercise restriction and having to stay off my feet. Needless to say, we've been eating take out every night for a week! It must be all the fluids I've been drinking!

Thank you ladies! I am feeling much better today.
I went Off Program this Saturday, we had a little too much fun at the bar. But I'm fine with it. I did a high intensity workout Saturday morning (60 minutes of cardio whoo hoo!) and and drinking serious water and watching my food intake all week.
I am glad everyone is having a great week. Keep it up! You are all inspirations!

I drifted a bit and had some blatant emotional eating, but I'm clawing my way back. Next week, I'm going to reduce my points by 1.

.1 is great!!! My old leader used to say when you have weeks like that or slight gains your body is just readjusting. Next week will be better!

I weighed in a week early, and am down .4 this week!
I'm actually fairly impressed with all the eating out I did... and the fact that I gave up tracking on Thursday - too many meals that I didn't know how to come up with points for!
At least I do know I made better choices than I would have 4 weeks ago :)

No weigh in for me this week. There is no meeting tomorrow And I think I would hit minus 50, so I can't go to just any old meeting. I have to celebrate with my peeps they would be so disappointed if I didn't and it just wouldn't be the same for me, either.
