thanks kim. yes it will. we're have an int'l lunch at work this week. i'm going to be careful what i take. a lot of the stuff will be fried

Anyone nervous about Halloween and dealing with Halloween candy?
I decided to not buy any candy and not answer the door.

I just buy candy last minute and get things that I don't care for Most of them come around before I am home anyway

I was +3.8 this week  . I had a tough week but I am looking ahead to a much better week and a loss next week!

wish i knew how. what's helping is they're sending out an e-mail with what everyone is bringing. then i could go in there knowing what i'll try. of course i need to have my dish. potato latkes(potato pancakes)

so I gained 1 lb this week. Considering that AF is in town (tmi, I know) and we went to little Italy for dinner 2 nights before WI, I'm not overly upset about it. I just need to get back on track. Evening mindless munching is my worst enemy!!!

DH is off on vacation this week and I gained a couple of pounds
 I am used to him working nights and eating small meals on my own....when he is off, I tend to make big meals or we eat out

The scale didn't change much this week. I am going to try and do the core program for a few weeks to try and jump start a weight loss. Everyone thinks that since I've been doing points for so long, my body could possibly be getting used to it.
If you have any suggestions on good snacks or lunch ideas, let me know.

I know it is hard when you change up your routine. It is only water and will come right of this week.
