The scale didn't change much this week. I am going to try and do the core program for a few weeks to try and jump start a weight loss. Everyone thinks that since I've been doing points for so long, my body could possibly be getting used to it.
If you have any suggestions on good snacks or lunch ideas, let me know.

When I do core I like to make a core quiche to eat for breakfast and alternate that with 2 pt apple oatmeal or cream of wheat with FF milk is core. For lunches I usually make food on the weekend to have to heat at work. Core soup or chili, chicken thighs with veggies, veggie burgers, turkey burgers, left overs from the night before. Then for dinner it is usually again either chicken, steak, fish, turkey, etc with baked/roasted potato/sweet potato with veggies. Also love the whole wheat pasta with meat bolognese sauce Azad posted. Def want to make that eggplant recipe. I had a sampling of it at Azads when she was cooking it and it was delicious! For snacks I love the SF/FF pudding and 94% FF popcorn. HTH!

My weigh in was AWESOME! Down 4.4 this week! Lost what I gained last week plus more. New total -61.4!
Plus I completed my first cardio kick boxing class today and hubby and I are going for a hike today!

I had a 2 week WI and I was -2.6. Total so far 82.something. 4 more lbs until my ultimate goal.

Hi Girls!!! I got weighed in on Friday and I actually lost .4, I was so happy.
Saturday morning I started Core. I think breakfast is going to be my hardest. I only eat eggs. I might try some yogurt for breakfast just to change it up.
I was down .2 as of Sunday which I am usually up 1-2 pounds from weekend eating. But this morning I was up .2, I was a little upset but it isn't the end of the world. But I have to admit, I feel so much better about myself. I am not so bloated and feeling fat. I did Pilates both days this weekend.
I am trying to eat every 2 hours so I am not eating so much. That worked on Saturday but not really yesterday LOL

I haven't posted here in months, and I feel the need to be here! I haven't been doing that well, and I miss the support. I got off the program for about 5 weeks or so, and then went on vacation to Puerto Rico. As soon as I got back I went back on the flex plan and when I finally weighed in I was up 1.8 pounds, which isn't bad considering what I had been eating. The following week I stayed the same. This week I wasn't able to make weigh in because of work. BUT...... stress got the better of me last week and I totally did not follow the program. I really need to get back on the wagon and follow it, which is really hard for me after being screwing up for so long. But, I'm back! Starting today for sure.
Congrats to everyone who is doing so well!

I've been yo-yoing with my weight a lot. I keep gaining and losing the same 5 pounds.
I've been doing the 30 day shred at least 4 days a week, mostly 5 days a week, and it's kicking my butt. I'm still on level 2. I finally saw the scale move.
Down 3 pounds now. I'm hoping the scale continues to go in that direction.

I have a core question....
I know we have the 35 Weekly Points to do with what we choose. But do you try and stay away from things like fries or other "bad" things. It just seems to me like we are trying to do a low carb diet and it doesn't make sense to have them.
What do you normally use your extra 35 on?

If I don't blow them on a weekend outing I usually use it for things my low fat bagels, cheese stuff like that. You can really use it for whatever you want though!

Azad and Steph...you girls are SOOOOO close to goal, you are both SUCH an inspiration to us all. Kim you are right behind them.....doing so amazing. Congrats to EVERYONE this week

I am guilty of weighing myself everyday, sometimes twice a day. But so far the scale is down 2 pounds this week :) I am so excited. Core isn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be. I am really liking it :)

if you are on core, what brand of FF Margarine do you use? I just went to Stop and Shop but they didn't have any that were fat free. I wound up getting I Can't Believe It's Not Butter because it was the one with the least amount of Fat
