Down .2, small BUT it brings my total to 37 lbs!!!
Focusing on getting to th 40 pound make either this week (eh) or next week (more realistic!).

Week 4 up 2.2 lbs.

Yes, I know I had my anniversary dinner but I was GOOD. I had fajitas when all I really wanted was a chimichanga! And I had a margarita on the rocks....not frozen and not in the monster size I normally get.
And yes, I had a wedding to go to. But I'm sure I didn't everything within the flex points.
ARRGGH. Makes me think last week's huge loss was a fluke. I had a tummy episode the night before (sorry TMI ). Could that have been it?
ARRGGH I'm so ******. And of course, tonight there's a mom's night out at an Italian restaurant. Like I need this right now?

Ugh those weeks are the worst Tara! Try not to let you down. You know you did the right thing. It will show up on the scale next week. Did you eat foods high in sodium the night before weigh in? That will do it to me. Stay strong and keep going!

I've had those weeks and they stink!!!
However, just remind yourself that weight you put on that quickly generally comes off just as quickly if you get right back on plan.
Also, this is not a quickie diet. This is a long journey and over the long run, if you look back at your progress 2.2 lbs is nothing but a hiccup.
It's hard to see it this way-especially when it's YOU. It's so much easier to see it clearly when you have recovered from this hurdle, but it is soooo true

I'll take it, but I was really hoping for more. There were a few days this week that I didn't eat my points (like left 4-8 points left over, but I get a lot of points because I'm nursing) and 1 day that I went way over (used a lot of my weekly flex). I think I need to make sure I eat all of my daily points every day, or at least within a point or so.
DH's week 2: -2.2 Total: -8.0

"Any time I feel like I've messed up for the day and want to eat whatever I feel like I read this. It helps me alot. It also helps to think about how much weight you can lose if you stick with it. I would have never imagined 3 months ago that I'd be down almost 40 lbs right now.
If you indulge a bit, STOP and COUNT THE POINTS. It usually isn't as bad as you think. Just be accountable, get a grip, check reality, mark it down and MOVE ON!!! You really can eat anything you want, in reasonable quantities and make it work! You wouldn't fling yourself down a flight of steps if you slipped down one, right? You wouldn't break ALL your china if you accidentally broke one piece, right? You wouldn't continue driving off the road or into the wrong lane if you veered slightly off course (and hit those rumble strips) on a road would you??????? You wouldn't keep going in the WRONG direction if you KNEW you made a wrong turn on a long trip, right????? If you have a minor slip up, LEARN FROM IT, ACCOUNT FOR IT (count the points), make a PLAN so it won't happen again, and dust yourself off and KEEP MOVING FORWARD!!!!!!"

I missed weigh-in 3 weeks in a row due to a vacation & some other events, but I was down 5 lbs this morning for a total of 25.4 - even with all that has been going on!

I gained 1 lb, which i am getting frustrated with myself i feel like a failure i am following everything right, measuring, counting my points, and i still gained... i will never give up but a part of me wants too because i am not losing like i was last year.. I dont know what to do anymore!! everyone is doing great here.

All i want is to lose this weight i feel so uncomfortable yes i am losing the inches and no one would tell the difference but i can tell the difference.. I want a successful outcome its called weight watchers not gainwatchers.. I will try something different this week and see what happens, maybe more fruit, veggies, salad, lots more water.. I need to do something.

Ummmmmmm you are NOT a failure! Like you told me when I joined...DRINK YOUR WATER! Use the E-Tools! While you're at work, write down everything and when you get home, log on and transfer it all into your points tracker. For me personally, the ETools and meetings help a lot.
ohhh and your coffee..I know you like it, A lot....when you put creamer in it, are you measuring it and counting it? We discussed this at a previous meeting as well.
Words of my WW Leader: (probably ALL the WW leaders say this):
If you bite it, Write It If you drink it, Ink It and she ends the meeting with:
"Keep on tracking and I'll see LESS of you next week" (meaning because if you track it, you'll lose).
