Down 0.6Lbs this week. I had some really lows last week and totally blew it for 2 days. Gained some weight back but regrouped and have been really careful for the past 2 days to go back on track.
Lost exactly 24 Lbs so far.

I do not think I am going to pony up the money for the meetings yet---although if I find I am not sticking with it I will.

 but you still lost!! I am always happy as long as I still lose something- a loss is a loss... just think .6 lbs is like 2 sticks of butter off of your body!!

Yes, I lost and I was relieved! That was the first time in 11 weeks that I blew it. But I got my motivation back thinking that even if it would set me up back to 1 week it was OK. I decided to be careful and not wait to go back on track. I am glad I did not wait until today for a fresh new start. Even just 2 days to go back on track helped me lost some weight.
I also had not been cooking last week and I just grabbed on the salami and rice cakes and loaded up.
I cooked this afternoon.
The key for me is to have food available quickly . Otherwise I go for the easiest.

Mini goal is to lose 15 by DS's baptism in October.  9 more weigh-ins to lose 8.2 more lbs!

I didn't 'sign-in' this week...even though it was a really good one.
Lost 5 lbs, for a total of 10.6. I was VERY happy, to say the least, especially after the week prior where I gained 2.
Can I skip my next weigh in though? Just got back from vacation...tried to be good...ended up being REALLY bad.

don't skip!! you may not have done as bad as you thought!! I have a friend who was going to skip because she had just gotten back from vacation too- and she ended up loosing- if she skipped she would have still felt horrible about herself- and even if you did go up again, it is good to keep you accountable!! I personally need the meetings to keep my motivation in check, whether I go up, down or stay the same...

I have missed two weigh-ins!!! The first one I had a PT appointment for DS and then the next week I decided I had to change up my meeting but never did.
I will be going on Thursdays from now on (I think). I will be going back to work very soon so I need to figure out a meeting I can stick to and enjoy.
Hope I didn't do too much damage the last two weeks! I haven't been tracking at all

I go thursdays! They are my favorite day of the week to go- because I usually do the most damage to myself over the weekend or that is when I am most likely to eat out- so i like being able to have mon-wed to get myself back on track (just in case) before my weigh-in.
