I have my first weigh in on Sunday. I am very very nervous. I am expecting instnataneous results. I want to loose 5 pounds the first week, please someone knowck some sense into me.

Im back! I lost a ton of weight right after having my DS in January and have since gained 11lbs back. I finally sucked it up and rejoined this week. Im having a really tough time this time around. Im starving.

Up 3 lbs-but I knew I would be, I went off plan for 2.5 weeks because I cracked under the craziness of life..
I am back on now-so I hope to lose it quickly and move on from it!

Can I skip my next weigh in though? Just got back from vacation...tried to be good...ended up being REALLY bad.
I just wanted to say, on the weeks that I "screw up", it is never as bad as I thought it would be. I just drag myself in and deal with it, the longer you put it off, the harder it is.
Also, the weight that goes on fast usually comes off just as fast

Great job!
I somehow managed to lose 4.8 lbs this week!   I gained last week though (even though I stuck to plan) so I think I was retaining A LOT of water. Down 29.2 total!

I don't think I came in and gave a report for last week, but I think I gained 1.4. Which was better than I thought because I was on vacation.
This week, lost .6 lbs. I'll take it! I also changed my goal weight. I figure my original goal weight was a little unrealistic, so I'm basically 3.2 lbs away from my new goal.
I've been bad about tracking though...I do it all by memory since I eat pretty much the same thing for breakfast/lunch every day.

I missed my WI last week because of a funeral. I'm dreading weighing in this week because I've only been tracking in my head and don't think I've been too accurate with it. I think it's going to be baaaaad, but might as well go and deal with it and get back on track!
ETA: Actually lost 2.8!
