***OFFICIAL APRIL 2015 THREAD***
I'm the only one on the April board who doesn't know gender yet (not including those who are team green) - GRRRRRR. I'm finding out on Dec 9th at my anatomy scan when I'll be exactly 20 weeks! How did so many of you find you so early?!?! I'm jealous!

Technically I wouldn't have known until my level 2 on Monday. But I had family in from OOS 2wks ago so I made an appt at a 3d/4d sono place and they did a gender determination.

I am going to be 35 when i deliver so I did the Maternit21 exam and got my gender results that way. Good thing too, because she didn't cooperate at the anatomy scan. Just like my 16 week, she was face down, legs crossed. She seems to prefer it that way. I may have become team green for lack of options.

Re: ***OFFICIAL APRIL 2015 THREAD***
So my anatomy scan is scheduled for this Tuesday 12/9 but my immediate family is celebrating my mom's 60th birthday this weekend and I really wanted to surprise her with the gender at her party. Tonight, DH and I were able to get a last minute appointment at Baby Imprints in Valley Stream and found out that we are Team ! After going out to eat, my family is going back to my parents house to help decorate the Christmas tree -- I am going to get an ornament for my mom that says "It's a girl!" and after we are almost done decorating, put the ornament on the table and tell my mom that she forgot to put one on. I can't wait to see her reaction! Yay for

***OFFICIAL APRIL 2015 THREAD***
She's been moving around a ton lately. On my flight home from Florida Thursday night she was definitely kicking my bladder. She'd kick and then if have to pee. Then I was fine, then I'd feel a kick and have to pee. I finally just went on the plane, for the third time. I only felt her externally once though. I'm dying for DH to be able to feel it.

This little nugget has been moving around a ton too! It's strange, I went from feeling nothing to getting nervous yesterday because I didn't feel enough. I am feeling really good except I get tired much quicker now which is strange because I am usually on the go constantly.

I am more tired too. And I get winded going up the stairs, but like you I am constantly on the go too. This morning I was at Kohls bending through the racks trying to find boxers in DH's size. I thought I was going to fall over.

Re: ***OFFICIAL APRIL 2015 THREAD***
DD is still not kicking enough for DH to feel it, but I can tell it will be soon.
We registered today. We spent 3 hours in BBB. Seriously exhausting. It's fun picking out stuff but there are way to many options. I don't even think I have half of my checklist filled out. I did all the big stuff DH cares about. I'm going back with my mom one of these days to do the rest.

Same here, lots of movement but not enough for DH to feel yet. Isn't registering so overwhelming?! We were there for 3 hours and I had to go home to finish it!

Yes I think its so much more overwhelming then the wedding registry was too. We spent an hour just comparing strollers.

***OFFICIAL APRIL 2015 THREAD***
Haven't heard a peep from our board in a while. How is everyone doing?
I can't believe I am on the cusp on the 3rd Trimester. Things are progressing. We are mostly registered, though I have to add some little things. My showers are both being planned (one in NY, one in NJ). My husband had last week off and we painted the nursery, ordered the carpet and picked out the ceiling fan and chair rail. Though I still have a ton of work to do on it since I plan on painting fun details. So other then the fact I have viral bronchitis things are going well.

Re: ***OFFICIAL APRIL 2015 THREAD***
Hope you're feeling better! We are in the same boat, the nursery is painted and we actually just got the call this week that the furniture is in so its all becoming way too real! I went for my glucose test this morning, not nearly as bad as I had anticipated but I am also still getting over a really bad cold so I still can't taste much. Fingers crossed that I passed!

Oh man Michelle- hope you feel better!!
I had my glucose test on Wednesday and passed! Almost done registering- my drop dead date is Jan 17th. Starting to look into different birthing classes and trying to narrow down a paint color for the nursery. Hopefully we'll get that done in early Feb.
We were originally going to go on a little babymoon to Aruba but my doc kinda nixed that idea so now we're going to spend a nice weekend in NYC going to a show, getting a massage, nice dinner, museum, etc. Can't believe how fast this is going!!

Re: ***OFFICIAL APRIL 2015 THREAD***
My c-section is officially scheduled, and as kind of expected I'm no longer an April mommy. What I didn't expect is how soon it will be. When you've had a myomectomy they can't risk you going into labor, so they can actually schedule it up to two weeks ahead. He's going all the way, so my c-section is going to be at exactly 38 weeks, March 21,
I failed my 1 hour. I have to wonder of it's related to a week of chicken noodle soup, tea and cough drops. Either way I get to do the 3 hour on Tuesday. Now I'm super worried I'll fail it.
Does your hospital do classes? DH and I are doing one at Southside for free, but I don't have to take Lamaze since I'm having a scheduled c-section.
