On a two hour car ride, would you stop and walk around?

We are going to NJ today and it will be about a two hour ride. I am 13 weeks. Would you stop half way and take a walking break? I don't know if it's too early for me to worry about this, or if I should stop for a bit.

DH thinks its ridiculous, but I feel as if he has yet to believe I'm really pregnant now.

Yes. I was around that pregnant when we flew to Aruba and the dr told me to get up once an hour. Also, don't cross your legs in the car.

I say just play it by ear .. if you feel like stopping do it! I mean 2 hours you could probably make but it's always better to move, and DEF pee if you need to!

We just drove to Atlantic City and back in the same day without stopping ... I just made sure to stretch and wiggle my legs every 45 minutes or so. DH wouldn't have minded stopping, but I didn't see a need.

On a flight I would DEFINITELY get up and walk around once an hour, but that's a different ball game IMO.

nah, I don't think it's necessary unless you're feeling like you NEED to. When I was 13 weeks we were on vacation and did a LOT of driving and I felt fine without stopping for breaks. When I was around 25 weeks I went on a 4 hr plane ride and also did fine without getting up to walk around. So I don't think you need to force it unless you feel like you want or need to.

i wouldnt stop unless you feel cramped. i flew to florida at like 10w and the doctor told me to get up and walk around at least once, but i think that with the air pressure of a plane its worse than the same amount of time in a car.
