One bad sleeper and One good sleeper?

Does anyone else have that problem? One of my boys is a horrible sleeper. He naps for about 10 minutes 5 times a day. The other could prob nap for at least an hour if his brother didnt wake him up (they are sharing a room).

I have tried both options. I take the one out and let the other one sleep but then my whole day is thrown off and because I am always feeding, rocking, or playing with someone I get NOTHING done. I have also waken the other up and kept him on his brothers schedule but then I feel bad and wind up with two cranky boys.

Any advice?

I have sort of the same problem. My boys also share a room.
One of my boys doesn't sleep well and the other is a great sleeper.
My good sleeper is actually now sleeping thru the screams of his brother...poor boy. Occassionally he wakes him up, esp recently as his brother has been up a lot the last few nights. I was thinking about putting him in my room again in a pack n play to let his brother sleep.

Re: One bad sleeper and One good sleeper?

This is the story of my life!
DD is a GREAT sleeper....10hours/night with a 3 hour nap each day.
DS, not so much. He sleeps his 10 hours at night, but waked up like 5 times during that time! As for naps, usually an hour, at most...and even then, he wakes up a few times.

They sleep in the same room at night. Luckily DD sleeps heavily enough at night (and I put a sound machine right by her head and an air purifier in the room), that it isn't a problem.
Nap time is different, though. I have her in her crib and DS in the co-sleeper in our room...two sound machines, and two cameras, but it is worth it.

I don't let it throw off their feeding schedule. They eat together before their nap and then again four hours later. If DS wakes up, he plays and hangs out until DD wakes up.
