Flame Tree BBQ in Animal Kingdom. You get ribs and fries, it's a giant meal!
No ideas for the other two. Apparently in Japan in Epcot you can get sushi as a quick service. I think it's Katsura Grill.

MK -cosmic rays has rotisserie chicken, nice change to other stuff.
Be our guest lunch was ok...but fun to eat in the beast's castle.
Pecos Bill has a toppings bar some people like if you want a burger and stuff on it. Columbia house people like for seafood, but I thought it was just ok.
EPCOT sunshine seasons has so healthier items, salads, grilled chicken, seafood, stir fries, sandwiches. Some variety.
The countries all have CS. Morocco's was pretty good, Mexico was ok, Japan was ok. You can look at allearsnet and see all the CS locations.
Animal kingdom -I only eat CS there at flame tree BBQ. Rotisserie chicken, ribs, grilled chicken salad, I had a nice huge fruit plate with honey yogurt last trip very refreshing on that really hot day. My dd liked her chicken drum stick from there and the ribs.
