One of my feet is starting to swell @ 29 weeks--what can I do?

Swelling didn't happen during my last pregnancy, which is a miracle considering I stood for literally my entire pregnancy last time (if you know my story, you probably remember why).

But now, my right foot is starting to get very swollen.

What can I do? I have a 16 month-old, so sitting around with my feet up is sooooo not an option. Chat Icon

I would try to elevate your feet anytime you are relaxing, maybe sleep with a few pillows under your feet.

Hope it gets better

same thing happened to me at 29-30 weeks! i started drinking more and wearing slippers, flip flops whenever possible and NO swelling since.

i work in an office and even though we arent supposed to wear open toe'd shoes, Ive been wearing flip flops here for a week or so.

37 weeks and NO swelling Chat Icon

(im waiting for someone to ask me about the flip flops Chat Icon Chat Icon )
