Re: +opk and no rise in temp
you need a few more days to judge the pattern. but if there is no SUSTAINED thermal shift than you prob didnt O. you def need a few days of data before you can make that assumption though. i would keep BDing.
last cycle i had two rounds of + OPKs and fertile CM, and then didn't O until the third try on CD32. If your body didnt O this time around (possibly due to stress, sickness, several other factors) your body may try again this cycle, so keep temping and monitoring CM if you can't confirm that you O'ed.
as hard as it is, remember that temping is about forming patterns, try not to focus on each day to day temp, but rather a few days in a row.
good luck!!

Re: +opk and no rise in temp
I've never done temping so I really couldn't say. I tried to calculate my Oing cycle by using the fertile focus saliva ovulation test which reveals an estrogen surge. The odd thing is that the microscope was negative when the OPK gave me my first positive. I just trusted the OPK and good thing I did, because it ends up THAT was the accurate one. But I'm not sure if the OPK would be any more reliable than temping. Can't your temp be affected by little things, like lack of sleep? Maybe something was disrupting your temp and meanwhile you DID ovulate. If I were you, I'd BD when the OPK gave me a + just in case. And then if the temp gives you a surge later on, BD again.
Sorry I couldn't be more help
