And they shot them all to death, how sickening. The good news from the article is that PA is getting stricter with puppy mill laws. Let's hope that helps!

Let's hope the legislation gets passed!!! If it does, THEN maybe these dogs stand a chance.
Of course the new legislation would have to be enforced, but at least it would be there.
I swear, stories like this make me want to go to these places at night, steal all the dogs and then burn their place down.
Grrrrrr....just makes me so angry!!!!
