what age do dr's do the adenoids
I think it varies. My son had them out at a year and 8 months along with his 2nd set of tubes.

Its a hike for you but we used Dr. Mendholshen in Garden City for our daughter. I was really comfortable with him. He did tubes and adenoid removal
We saw him as well
I also used him. He did tubes for my son at 8 months old and then at a year and 8 months he had his 2nd set of tubes and adnoids out.
I thought he was a great doctor, never felt rushed and took his time to explain things to me.
I do agree with some other posters though that wait times could be very long, but I always tried to make my appts way in advance and get an 8:30 am or a 9am to avoid the wait if i could.

Adeonoids come out if they're enlarged and causing issues. That can be at any age. If they aren't, then they stay!
