people amaze me!
so.. i work at a school. this morning, around 9:15 or so, they found a gas leak- so they made an announcement for everybody to go outside, they called the firetrucks/police, and the gas company...
welll apparently a mother was dropping her kid off at school late. the firetrucks/police were out front, so it was obvious something was going on.... the mom did not even wait to see what was going on!! she just dropped her kid off-- one of the firemen came to tell the secretary "um- theres a student that just came inside"!  how do you not at least get out of the car and ask one of the firemen whats going on?? or wait with your kid and make sure everythings ok before you just leave them at a building with firetrucks and police in front of it?!
 and these are the people who are raising our next generation!
