Picky Eater with Food Allergies - HELP!
DS (age 2) has turned into a picky eater over the past month. Breakfast is ok but lunch and dinner are nightmares. Compound that with his milk allergy and you have one mommy who is ready to pull her hair out.
At lunch all he will eat is two or three bites of toast or bagel (plain, nothing on it) and a bananna or other piece of fruit.
Dinner - if its not chicken nuggets or a hot dog he doesn't eat it.
He used to LOVE LOVE LOVE veggies, he'd eat a ton of broccoli and cauliflower at dinner but now he's starting to turn his nose up at that too.
Everything is NO NO NO lately. I hope its just a phase but because of his limited diet to begin with I'm worried about his health.
Any tips for a stressed out mommy.

Re: Picky Eater with Food Allergies - HELP!
DD is picky w/a milk allergy too so I don't know how much help I can be but I'll tell you what she does eat. For breakfast she usually has soy yogurt w/cheerios or Trader joe's makes dairy free pancakes & waffles. I put a little syrup and she gobbles it up. For lunch & dinner she eats ckn nuggets, fish sticks (Dr. Praeger's are one of the ones that are dairy free), spaghetti and meatballs, rice(w/ckn & veggies chopped into microscopic pieces so she can accidently eat it), apple butter sandwiches and hot dogs. Just another idea I've made mashed potatoes using chicken broth instead of milk. It come out delicious although DD isn't always a big fan.

Thanks for the ideas.
I'll have to look for the TJ Pancakes. I made some from scratch the other day and DS just said "No!".
