Please recommend your female OB/GYN
DH and I are going to begin TTC in a few months and I just found out that my ob/gyn is moving to California! I need to find a new (female) ob/gyn asap. TIA!
ETA: I'm in Nassau

Not sure where you are located, but I use Dr. Rubin at contemporary women's care in Smithtown. She is wonderful!!!

Dr. Genevive Sicuranza (i think that's how you spell her name) I was with her when I was much younger and she was awesome. I stopped going to her because she moved her practice to Nassau (I'm in Suffolk). She's in Mineola

I recommend her too!
She is in practice with one other doctor, Dr. Frank Dolisi. I haven't officially met him yet, but spoke to him on the phone once and he was as nice as can be. She definitely does deliveries, she is affiliated with Winthrop.

I'm not entirely sure. I'm 24 weeks and have only seen her. I suppose towards the end i might have to see him (or at least be introduced to him) because if he happens to be on duty at Winthrop when i go into labor, he will be the one delivering. I have never had a male ob/gyn before, but have heard many glowing reviews about Dr. Dolisi, so i'm not worried.

I go to Dr. Marina Shtern in Forest Hills...I'm not sure where in Nassau you are....she is fantastic!

I really like this office too. I've seen Dr. Gates and the NP (can't think of her name right now) and they were both great.

i go to this practice too.... but see Dr. Carinci. I have 409-2000 as the office number.

It is her and Dr Dolisi (a male) there are also nurse practioners and PAs. I actually see one of the PAs and love her but she doesn't do deliveries. If and when I get pregnant I will see Dr Hanuer. I am not to comfortable with a male but I heard Dr DOlisi is AWESOME!
They deliver at Winthrop
