May sound silly, but do you make sure the flap thingies are out in-between her legs and on her tush after you put the diaper on?

We are fans of the pampers swaddlers over any other type of diaper we've tried. She's only had about 3 episodes where she has pooped out of her diaper and up her back. But it never came out of the sides (and I forgot to have them weigh her today at the doctors office)
