Postpartum Weight Loss
Hey everyone! I miss posting on here, but I don't miss being pregnant! I just got back from my 6 week postpartum appointment. Mind you, I have not weighed myself since giving birth. I gained 29 pounds during the pregnancy, and--though I know that isn't a bad number to gain--more than half of that was in the last few weeks! Anyway, I faced the scale for the first time today...I lost 23 pounds! I having been exclusively breast feeding, eating healthy, but not exercising yet. I just have 6 more to go until I'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight, and probably 20 after that to get to a weight where I'll be content, haha. But woohoo for progress!

altho ill prob be the execption and not be able to loose the weight quick, only the weight my baby is!
