Potty Training Chart users, please come in! Sorry, lots of questions!

I've googled some and nothing thrills me. DS pooped on the potty tonight (has before randomly in the past but starting to do it more on his own) so I want to start with a chart/reward system to get things going a little more serious.

Please share pics or links to what you've used or made. Did you draw your own or print one?

I printed a choo choo train game board looking one from google. Taped on the side of DS' dresser. Gave him a sticker and it was "where it go" for a few minutes! The sticker was on the chart, on his belly, on his pee pee, on the chart, all over until it did not stick anymore!

Were the stickers the reward? DS is not extremely thrilled with stickers.

M&M's users, talk to me about rations. I think "chawkit" may be our prize of success. One for each potty go? Or a handful after three potty stickers?

Any other bigger rewards after a certain number of successes?

Where do you put the chart? If he can reach it, it will come down soon enough.

I think I'm all about the chart but please tell me about the chart!

I didn't do a chart. Sorry I read the title wrong, but since I already opened it I'll tell you what we did. I bought a super big pack of matchbox-like cars from BJ's... and every time he went on the potty he got a car (there were like 100 cars in there). Worked perfectly!
