Re: powder formula question?
Okay, thank you. AT our initial appointment the doctor said no powder formula at all (at the time my milk was just coming in and I wanted the formula as a back up plan). He said only RTF formula. and I forgot to ask him at our one month check up. Thank you

Re: powder formula question?
within a few weeks of being home from the hospital we switched DD to Gentlese, and at the time it wasn't available in RTF so she was on powder from about 3 or 4 weeks on.

Re: powder formula question? - one more question at the bottom
we used powdered formula when we got home from the hospital. our ped said it was ok. it is only an issue if your baby was premature or had other issues. we had a healthy DD who was not premature so she didnt see an issue with it.
I boil my tap water, always have and always will, then i know its safe.
When we travel i use bottled water.
