Powdered formula question
Do you boil the water when you make powdered formula bottles??
Is there a point where you don't need to boil the water anymore??
DD is 7 months and I'm wondering if I'm wasting my time doing this. Thanks!!

Re: Powdered formula question
I boil the water, but if I had filered water in the house I think I would just use that.

Re: Powdered formula question
My DS is almost 9 months and I boil the water or use nursery water. Mu ped told me not to use bottled water like Poland Spring.

Re: Powdered formula question
I boiled if I was making a pitcher of formula..
But I'd use tap too.

Re: Powdered formula question
I used to boil water daily and keep it in a pitcher on my counter. She always had room temp bottles.

I use room temp poland spring in the gallons from costco. dd is 8mo
ETA: I actually asked my ped. as well he said it didn't matter what water you use but tap should be boiled or filtered.

Re: Powdered formula question
i heard that you shouldn't use bottled water because it doesnt have flouride in it or something like that? We mostly BF DD but if we give her formula we boil the water.
